This policy explains what information BCC Supplies collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to bccsupplies.com and the BCC Supplies membership platform.
BCC Supplies ("BCC Supplies," "we," "us," or "our") provides a business membership plan that reports payment history to major U.S. business credit bureaus, along with optional education and account-management tools. This policy describes our privacy practices for bccsupplies.com and the account platform (together, the "Service").
This is a commercial product intended for business owners acting on behalf of their business. It is not directed at, and should not be used by, individual consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.
Membership payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. BCC Supplies does not receive or store full payment card numbers; Stripe shares limited transaction information with us (such as payment status and the last four digits of a card) needed to administer your membership.
When you contact support, respond to a message, or otherwise correspond with us, we keep a record of that communication to assist you and improve our service.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can view account data internally. Payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified processor.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain business and account information for as long as your membership is active, and afterward for as long as needed to satisfy the purposes described in this policy — including bureau reporting accuracy, tax and accounting recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you or your business under applicable state privacy law — for example, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or the California Consumer Privacy Act, where those frameworks apply to a given request. Whether a specific law applies depends on factors like your location and the scale of our data processing; we evaluate each request rather than assume a blanket answer.
To make a request, email support@bccsupplies.com with your name, the business account the request relates to, and what you're requesting. To verify the request is genuinely coming from you before we act on it, we'll confirm it against the email address and business information already on file for that account; we may ask for additional confirmation if a request looks unusual. We aim to respond within a reasonable time consistent with applicable law.
Please note that some information cannot be deleted while your tradeline is active or while we have a legal or contractual obligation to retain it (for example, records needed for accurate bureau reporting or tax purposes). We will let you know if a request cannot be fully completed and why.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages; you will still receive service-related communications about your account.
This site currently uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences like recently viewed pages, and support core site features — not third-party advertising or analytics cookies. We also use local storage to run first-party website experiments (for example, testing different page wording or layouts) by assigning your browser to a variant and keeping a local record of that assignment and whether you took an action we were measuring; this data stays in your browser, is not currently transmitted to us or any third party, and is not used for advertising. As of this policy's effective date, we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or comparable third-party ad-tracking tools on this site. If that changes, we'll update this section and the page's effective date to reflect it, consistent with our corrections policy. You can control browser storage and cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features of the Service.
The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies directly.
The Service is a commercial product for business owners and is not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date, and encourage you to review it periodically.
Effective date: July 15, 2026
